Why SB? For me, it's vital. I'm in the Air Force, and we have a new fitness program. To score "excellent," I have to run 1.5 miles in 14 min 24 seconds, do 16 pushups in 1 min, 30 crunches in 1 min. Sure, I've been workng up to it since November, so I can do all that. However, that little "abdominal measurement" asking me to have a 29 inch girth around my middle (not waist, mind you, but about an inch lower!) is, shall we say, a challenge? What with a new job, teaching...yes, the excuses go on forever... I have until 17 May to lose about 4 inches. Will she make it?
