Who has been on this SBD for a long time, here? What kind of results have you had? Thanks.

How long is a "long time"? I have been on SB for 2 months and lost 13 pounds. In the first 2 weeks I lost 8 pounds, and then have steadily lost about one pound per week since then.

I also walk about 14 miles per week and do yoga, so I am hopefully gaining muscle mass and toning.

I've been on it for 1 week and I've lost 4 pounds. I can't believe it! 4 pounds in a week. It must be water.

I cooked all day today to prepare my meals. I noticed if I don't have them prepared I'm tempted to eat anything.

I'm new to this, my husband refuses to go on it with me so you guys are all I have for support.

Hi! I have been on the beach for 11 weeks & I have lost 20 lbs. My sis has been on for 10 weeks & has lost around 40.

Better than that, I have never felt this good in my life! I "feel" healthy!!
