Is SDB designed to take someone from the high-end to low-end of a healthy weight?
Right now I'm 5'1'' and 114 pounds, but I look my best at around 106 pounds. Do you think that SBD would be a good plan for me to follow to get those last few pounds off? Thanks!
Blackberry, I don't see why not. It's healthy, and while it may be a slow weight loss, it's the kind that lasts. You don't want those lbs. right back, right?
Just be careful that you don't put it all back on again once you stop. You may want to think about starting on Phase 2 or even just doing one week on Phase 1. If you lose weight slower you will probably keep it off.
I think it would be good to read the book and think about the healthy eating things that Dr Agaston says. Then you can incorporate those of them that seem to make sense to you. Good luck!
