Thanks Jo. I have been doing a Phase 1.5 also but have only really added in low fat fruit yogurt and have extra nuts. If I have the odd piece of fruit or bread if I am eating out and there are not really other options (like today I had a Subway wrap but walked there and back and had lean meat toppings and oil-based dressing). I have been eating too many lamb and pork chops because they are so cheap and I can buy more salad stuff but I think I need to stick to fish, chicken and lean steak like you are. Thanks for sharing.
