I'm newer at posting than dieting, not sure how this all works. But, am delighted to be at the Beach. I'm a SBD success, I did it this fall and dropped 17lbs. I felt awesome, was only 20something from my goal, and then.....that dreaded December. Too cold to go out, too busy to work out. Yesterday I spring cleaned my closet only to discover that forgotten wardrobe, great clothes, wrong bod. I got on line to research LA Weight Loss and was alarmed at the cost, and wandered to my old friend SBD. After being inspired by ya'll I weighed in (gulp!) actually only gained 11 back, I feared much more, I slipped on my workout clothes and headed to the park with the pooch. So, after a gianormous (its a great word giant + enormous) salad I feel great. I probably shouldn't have polished off those Giradelli chocolate chips, but they're out of the way now!
I made up some SF Jello, and have the afternoon mapped out. I look forward to the accountability of ya'll and hope to shed away those LBS with ya. This is a great tool. I feel confident its going to be a great journey.
