Hey everyone,
I like the idea of posting menus, gives me some ideas of different things to eat...I read them but have never posted, so I thought I'd start today...
Today (Phase I, Week II):
B: String cheese and diet coke
L: Leftover stew (I made the greatest stew, lots of meat, mushrooms, tomato, green beans and onion just cooked together. I am really enjoying it!!!)
D: Cooked chicken breast, chickpea salad (with lemon juice and oil), 1/2 broiled tomato, and a small salad with light dressing.
S: SF jello
I feel like it was a good food day all in all. The best thing about eating low carbs is it has made me think of all the different sorts of things to have as side dishes. It's really interesting.
Keep posting those menus... I really enjoy reading them!!!
