Is this a major no-no? I have been adding a couple of egg whites (to a doubled recipe) of the ricotta thingys and then an extra packet of splenda, and then 'baking' tham in the microwave. so that they are more like cheesecake. Since the extra whites are no large amt of fat/cals and no carbs, I thought ---why not? They are pretty good this way---I just put them into little custard cups and bake them.
Bad no-no?
