    Goofed bigtime over the weekend! So I am back to phase one for about 4 days

    Breakfast- 2 eggs

    Lunch- Bk low carb whopper and a side salad minus the carrots with ranch dressing

    supper- turkey breast and green beans and spinach
    snacks- sf jello and cool whip
    pecans (handful)

    B: Ham & cheese roll ups, coffee, water
    S: Nuts, water
    L: Tuna salad, diet pepsi
    S: Water, cheese stick
    D: Roast Beef, veggies, tossed green salad, water
