Hoody, when you go to Phase 2, don't add too many at once. There is no 'limit' but you need to add slowly or your weight loss will stall. I went a little nuts and gained a couple of pounds. I lost it back though...just cut back on the carbs.
Don't eat any 'bad carbs'. No sugar, white potatoes, corn, white pasta, white bread. If you read the Phase 1 and Phase 2 list you should be able to see what is allowed. I have talked to a few people that are combining, and they are doing very well with it.
