Hi...

I'm new to this message board, but am on day 19 of the south beach diet.. I'd suggest reading and reading and reading. Also if you don't want to follow all those recipes in the book, you can just cook your own using foods from the 'foods to enjoy" list. And you can ask questions. People here seem to be very friendly and willing to help.

Dixie, welcome aboard! I would start by reading the book. That will help you understand the whole program. But it will also leave you with a lot of questions! And that is were this forum comes in!

Come, ask, and be enlightened! The FAQ section is a great place to start. Plus all the wonderful people here are more than happy to help if you get stuck!

Good luck!

WELCOME to our little group of LOSERS!

I would suggest keeping a food/feeling diary.

Remember we don't count, weigh or measure.

Don't weigh more than once a week.

Think health NOT diet.

Good Luck and enjoy your day.

Lady
