Default April Weightloss Goals

Going for 2 again this month. I find if I set a reasonable goal I have an easier time maintaining.

Thanks for sharing this jekel. I have just joined as I need a support community to help keep me motivated to lose weight. I am 11.5-12 stone, I am not fully sure. I would like to lose 1-1.5 stone as my goal weight is 10.5 stone. My diet starts today.

I am aiming for 2 pounds again this month. I have a feeling this 2 pounds might be tougher than the last....

Since I am pretty sure I didn't lose for last month, I am going to go for 5 lbs this month and get back on track.

Since I am doing PH1 for 2 weeks and then PH1.5, I am going for a 5lbs this month.
