I am working toward not looking at the scale, but using a goal outfit. So, I want my first goal outfit to be worn on Jan 31 I also want to be active daily beyond the Fitbit goals

Not much holiday damage here but sure was off-track most of 2017. Down a few from last year but am setting a monthly goal of 3 pounds.

If TOM didn’t show up it might have been a little more. I did reach my goal, 4.6 lost for the month.

I lost 6 lbs in January but still not to where I was in January of last year
