Whew! A good night's sleep happy dogs, a sunny day and a working PC! What more could a girl want?
Finally got my flower boxes planted yesterday after a rushed trip to the Feed Store for some begonias. While fixing my PC problem, Great Neighbour Moel mentioned he "intended to get at fixing" my raised bed but I won't hold my breath. In the meantime. I do have herbs in planters outside on the back deck and will plant some bush beans into a sunny flowerbox. They will be yellow beans since they aren't usually available at the farm stands around here and are Bruce's favourite.
Today I have to attend a seniors' community luncheon in Bruce's stead since he is off with his friend Carl the Baker doing deliveries for the day. Apparently this is an annual tradition for June, just as is the mid-July air show in Rochester with his sons.

I think I'd rather be there in the truck rather than at the Seniors starch and sugar luncheon, listening to everyone's health woes.
Sunday is an after Church lunch and my "girls" have something planned for Sunday afternoon. I'm drowning in food and struggling to not regain the measly two pounds I've lost! So - another foodie weekend begins. We go to a family birthday party tomorrow and have a luncheon (dinner around here)
Hope everyone is doing well. And thanks for the "crack slaw" reminder. I may do that for dinner with rice or noodles for Bruce tonight.
Have a lovely start to the weekend.
