Good morning! Awfully quiet in here.
It rained hard ALL day yesterday but the good news is that my car is now clean and shiny - no goose polka-dots until the next flypast. I am somewhat sad to see them fly south but it is Nature and I love when they return in early spring.
Got lots done when Michelle was here yesterday and it feels good to have my house all shining. She is so good. She even made some notes about things to do before Christmas! She is also very good at catching me up on village news - for example that the nutcase across the street was taken to the hospital by ambulance over the weekend when I was enjoying myself at the wedding and that someone's house burned on Tuesday night. (Smoking and drinking is not a good idea!)
Debbie, you are my hero! You get so much done under tricky circumstances. Have you any idea when the construction chaos will end?
Beth, where is the conference? I understand about packing difficulty. I am about to go cold turkey and switch to warm clothes.
Rose, I'm a bit confused over your remark about the time change. Ours doesn't happen until early this coming Sunday. Is it different in the States?
Jennifer, I guess you still may be on course. Glad to hear your bloodwork was OK. I am sure your job is very demanding which probably explains being tired - ya think?
Hoping for an easy day today and a quiet weekend.
