Default February Fitness Club

Tomorrow starts a new month getting us closer to spring. Why not use this shorter month to set a fitness goal. Track your progress here. Fitness isn't only physical exercise. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator counts. Shoveling snow instead of using the snowblower. Small changes help build healthier lifestyles.

January was a good month for me. I didn't fizzle out and stated consistent. Even though the month is shorter, my goal is 200 miles.

1.
2. 35 minutes cycling 7 miles
3. Worked / son's bday
4. Worked extra hours
5. 30 minutes cycling 6 miles plus snow shoveling
6. Work
7. 30 minutes cycling 6 miles
8. Pity party lol
9. 1 hour cycling 14 miles 30 minutes snow shoveling
10 25 minutes cycling 6 miles (sprints) 5 minutes simply fit board
11 35 minutes cycling 6 miles (technique) 10 minutes SFB

I seem to have lost a few posts.
14-15 grunt work
16 back woes
17 back woes
18 back woes
19 15 minutes cycling 3 miles
20 work
21 25 minutes cycling 5 miles 15 min SFB
22 45 minutes cycling 10 miles 30 min core/SFB

Not close to mileage goal. Only 63 miles so far. Will work to finish month on a high note.

23 35 minutes cycling 8 miles 10 min core SFB
24 1 hr cycling 13 miles 10 min core SFB
25 25 min cycling 5 miles
26 30 min cycling 6 miles 10 min core SFB
27 50 min cycling 10 miles 10 min core SFB (150 miles and counting)
28 50 min cycling 10 miles 10 min core SFB
29 40 min cycling 8.5 miles 168.5 miles for the month

I would have made goal for minutes last month even though I didn't have any cardio at all. I am going to just track goal minutes for cardio as I want to slowly start incorporating into my routine.

Goal: 400 minutes of Cardio

My goal is 10,000 steps per day and resistance training 5 days per week.
