    Started 7/9/03, so in 4 weeks have lost 7 pounds.

    Start 145#, now 138#. Goal 125#

    Clothes fit better!

  • I started on the beach on July 30th and as of today after lunch have lost 5 lbs.

    I am losing this slower than others but am a diabetic and my sugar numbers have been great. so far very sastisfyed

    Yeh! Yeh! It's working for me!!!
    Slowly but surely this will come off!

  • The responses here are great and encouraging. I'm on my very first day today. I hope to have similiar results. Keep the posts coming.

    Today is August 18: 10 lbs lost (I could hardly believe it! I know it is mostly water weight, but I'll still take it.)
  • Started SBD 7/22 with a magazine article . I was at 202. Lacked so much information. On 7/28 I had all my info and have kept within the program. I am at 181.
