Default Saying hi :)

Hi Ladies!
Figured I’d jump on in here and introduce myself. I hope that’s ok.

I first started SB the summer before my junior year in college, in 2009. Over the course of 2 years, I lost almost 65 lbs, and at my thinnest weighed 139 lbs. I maintained the weight loss for about 2 more years before I started gaining again.

Fast forward to 2015. I’m back to 196 lbs. Not the heaviest I’ve ever been, but close to it. The weight came back on slowly but steadily. I was already in the low 170s when I got pregnant with my first DC, at which point all dieting flew out the window. I gained 40+ lbs during my pregnancy, lost about 20 lbs after delivery. The scale hasn’t budged since

It’s been a year now, and I’m just stuck in a rut. I keep “restarting” SB, stick to it for maybe 3-4 weeks, realize I haven’t lost anything, then get frustrated and stop. My body has changed a lot since having a baby; my weight is in all different places now, and it doesn’t seem to be as easy for me to lose. However, I know that this diet works for me if I truly follow it; I’ve seen the results before, and I know that with the right commitment I can make it work again. I think I just need some extra support, and also a lot of advance planning to make sure I’m organized this time around.

It's a little bit in advance, but this time, I’m planning to restart SB in May. Before then, I’d like to get very organized and really have a plan in place. Any advice, guidance, or suggestions is much appreciated!

Looking forward to getting to know you ladies.

Welcome!

My best success has been this time around because I post here every single day. These chicks have become my friends which makes it much easier to stay on track fir the long haul, especially when life gets difficult.

Best wishes!
