I don't Krussell. The book and this place are all I personally need.
We were in NY this weekend and we staying very on plan. So proud of DW! And my brother is getting married this year. He is going to start SBD in 3 months. He does it as a "quick" fix - stays on for 6 months for an event - he and my BIL. They don't do it correctly (eat broccoli and chicken breast or fish for all that time) and over exercise so DW and I tried to educate them. Good thing was that they didn't give me a hard time about not drinking or eating!
I want to start the exercise (15 minute walk 3x a week to start) this week. DW's fitbit comes today and mine (the purple one) doesn't come for another 4 weeks but I know she will be motivated so I think I will try this tomorrow.

I plan on doing one fruit a day, brown rice is the only grain I will be introducing - going to try to stay away from wheat. See if that helps me at all. I like brown rice pasta better anyway so
Travel is so much more easy when you can have fruit - I've had my fill of turkey pepperoni and cheese sticks !
