Hi Smjolene, it is just a cooked spagetti squash mixed with pesto and parmesan cheese. Makes a lot for the whole week.
Wednesday's plan:
B: turkey sausage link and ratatouille
L: spagetti squash and hamburger patty
D: arugula salad with gorgonzola, sunflower seeds, evoo and lemon juice
10/9 actual
B: chicken breast with a little ratatouille and grape tomatoes; parmesan cheese
S: almonds
L: inside of half a mozzarella and tomato sandwich; inside of a whole roast beef and provolone sandwich; green salad with evoo
D: off plan
10/10 actual:
B: greek yogurt with cucumber and sunflower seeds
S: mozzarella and tomato (small bit leftover from yesterday)
L: arugula salad with gorgonzola cheese, evoo and lemon juice
S: wine and popcorn

B: 2 pcs. burnt salami, egg omlette with lite cream cheese and a little olive tapenade
S: almonds
L: not sure. We'll be on the road. I'll push for taco bell and eat pintos and cheese, and the inside of a taco.
D: turkey and lots of veggies (making dinner with friends and I have control over the sides)
