B: 2 plain yogurts (we were in a hotel with complimentary breakfast and this was the only thing I could eat. I felt lucky that they even had plain yogurt!), a few roasted chick peas.
L: Wing'd it at Taco Bell. Had pintos and cheese and the inside of a beef taco
D: planned off plan
Back to Phase 1 tomorrow! Spent most of the afternoon cooking.
