Good morning!!
Today is a great day for me, I'm officially down my first 5lbs!! (5.5 to be exact)... Yay!! It doesn't sound like much, but it brings me down into the 170's which is something I've been trying to accomplish for MONTHS...I'm just a little confused because I had a bad week exercise-wise. Well, nevertheless I'm going to get back to exercising this week and keep on going!!

Green smoothie (2 cups spinach, 1/2 avocado, 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk, 3 drops vanilla extract, 1 packet Splenda, 1 tsp flax seeds)
L:
4 Morningstar farms breakfast links, 1 tsp walden farms FF SF ranch
1/2 whole wheat pita
Canned chicken w/ 1 tbsp mayo
Artichoke hearts
Roasted red peppers
S:
Jicama sticks, 2 tsp sabra spicy guacamole
