Hi everyone,
Just started the SBD today. I have a real problem with flour and sugar so I'm hoping to break the habit with this program. Here's a little bit about myself: I'm 44 with about 60 pounds to lose. I've tried just about every diet on the market. I lost 35 pounds on WW in 1997 until they changed it to those awful points. Just can't seem to eat right knowing that I have so many points. That's just me I've seen it work for a lot of people. I'm really fed up with programs so I'm going to give this one 100% and hopefully it will work for me. Glad to have found this board.
