Default Trans Fat

There is a little article at msn.com today, just go to the home page there and you will see the link. About trans fats and how bad they are and why we shouldn't eat the partially-hydrogenated stuff. Kind of the same thing we already know, but it is written in an easy to understand way. Helpful for newbies.
