Hi! I just jumped over--was Ladydeaton on Prevention. They knocked WEB TV users off and silenced us! I'm trying to learn the board here and will sure be posting from here! Glad to see y'all!:)

hello all, I was also over at prevention but was sometimes too afraid to ask or post for fear of being harrassed by the group. This site seems much more friendly and helpful. Hope this works out

Hi all!

I was posting on Prevention's message boards last month. Haven't been back since I was on vacation for almost three weeks. (Fell TOTALLY off the SBD wagon, but I'm going to start Phase I again tomorrow). I like this site better!

Hi! I just joined the prevention site, and also jumped over here as well, I do not have any negatives in regards to the later mentioned, but I think this site is a more organized forum, as my company uses something similar.

Hi to all beachers!! New to SBD,,first saw on WW board about diet,,,went to Prevention site and read up and got book,,,on day 3,,,was bouncing bk and forth frm ww and prev site but was not seeing much info from their sites ,, Saw this site from WW this a.m. and immediately joined,,,Thanks for such a great and informative site to visit,,love the recipes also!! Hv a great day on the beach,lol!!!
