I'm starting Phase 1 tomorrow. Our church gives communion every Sunday (about an inch of flatbread dunked in wine or grape juice). I participate in this every week.

How badly will continuing this observance affect Phase 1? Thanks for any input.

It's such a small amount that as long as you have a clean Phase 1 otherwise I doubt it will be a problem

Thanks for answering. Yes, that's what I thought. I'll be following the spirit of the diet 99% of the time except for Communion!
