Good morning,

Quick fly by for me I need to go get ready for church. The sun is finally out, even though it's still cold, I am happy.

Good morning - just under the wire. I've already shopped and laundried and worked, of course. Just haven't made it to the Daily. Yesterday was busy but nice. DD visited for dinner so some serious catching up

Today it's all chores and cooking (and work).

Lupus - I use palm sugar in baking already, though not for phase 1. For me the GI is low enough to be competitive with agave and I like the way it works in baked goods. I've been using it for several years and never had a problem.

Jennifer - I'm adding hummus pizza to my list for Friday dinner. thanks!

As usual the list is longer than the day so I better get back to it.

Good Morning

Under the wire, too, in the Mountain Time Zone. Kirk's BD today so I kiaboshed the go out for breakfast...and had mom over for a simple meal with a NSA cake. We're getting ready to head down to Denver to meet up w/Kirks DD. I just got back from the car wash so I could TAKE MY BIKE! It may be just one nice day but I'll take it.

Enjoy what's left of the weekend.

Karen, so sorry about your foot but I'm glad you had a nice vaca!

Thank you for the responses gals!
Cindy: I am on Phase II, I heard it has an extremely low glycemic index, and since I am a baker type of person, I think it could work in a reduced amount so I don't have to keep using splenda all the time.
I had a horrible cravings day today, just getting bored with the veggie combo, spiced it up and tried some grilled veggies. Gotta keep going! See you all and thank you for the welcomes .
