Came down with something last night and feeling pretty unwell today.
Wt: 169.0 B: 2 eggs, 2 strips turkey bacon. 1 SF jello. Sn: Another SF jello L: Dill pickle soup. Chicken sausage with chickpeas, spinach, tomatoes, goat cheese. S: Buffalo chicken with buttermilk feta sauce. Green beans. Ex: Will try to get 30 DS done today. We will see. |
