Zeffryn: Good to hear you guys are alright and your kiddos even had some fun with it! You're helping friends move, right? When is your big move to the new digs?
Emma: Glad you've found the site useful! The aesthetics of the blog aren't outstanding or anything, but I find her recipes much more practical than a lot of the healthy-living bloggers -- which I totally appreciate! Did the pureed spinach work out?

Slept in today and it felt good! Last week, three of my five days worked were longer than 12 hours. I was there from 8am-9pm on Friday! SO glad I don't work tomorrow either It's reeeallly nice to have a few days off from the work, sleep, repeat, cycle I was getting into.

Wt: 170.4
B: Multigrain toaster waffle with 1T peanut butter, 1/2 banana, and 2Tbsp SF syrup.
L: Leftover spaghetti squash meatball casserole thing.
S: Zucchini pizzas topped with chicken sausage, part-skim mozza, feta, and spinach.
Sn: Greek yogurt and berries?
Ex: 40 minute Insanity video. Wore my HRM for the first time with it and burned 495 calories -- I was b/w 175-185bpm most of the video!
