I'm doing well this morning. I am 1 lb down. Weight loss is going slow, and I am okay with that. The scale is going the right direction. I am starting into Phase 2 now, and I'm super nervous about it. I haven't added any of the foods for Phase 2 yet. I'm waiting to find something that I've really been missing that I can use as my 1 carb or fruit for the day.
WaistingTime- My family never puts items on the list. Then after I get home, they say, "We're out of t.p. (or something important like that)." ARGH!
