Default Does PMS and Hormones make a big difference?

I am transitioning to phase 2 this week but noticed last week at the end of phase 1 that ever since my monthly visitor is vacationing with me I haven't lost a single ounce. I am hoping since that visit is coming to an end that will change. I haven't gained any weight either but am now extremely nervous about adding foods back in. I don't want to stall my weight loss or sabatoge myself either. For this week my first week of P2 I have added steel cut oats for breakfast. I haven't noticed any negative affects at all so far so next week I plan to add a fruit. Ultimately, I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced the weight stall with their monthly visitor?

Yes, we all have!

I usually chug more water than usual and avoid overly salty foods during that TOM. I find I either stall or gain, then drop a few days later.

Stick with it!

Also, it might be totally unrelated. Many will experience a stall towards the end of PH1 or as they start PH2 as their bodies seem to catch up the the quick water loss. It's very normal for loss to slow or stall at any point on SB. And sometimes it even goes up, despite staying on plan. Weight loss is not linear. Just stick with the plan and hang in there.

Phew, me too. Gained 1.6, but attributed the gain to PMS. Keeping faith because I know I am doing this right
