L/D: Fish with bruschetta, baked zucchini and brown rice pilaf
S: Baked sweet potato wedges, almond milk

B: Oatmeal w/ pb, cinnamon, tiny piece of 85% dark chocolate, skim milk and unsweetened dessicated coconut. One cup of tea.
L: Protein shake (1 scoop chocolate protein powder, banana, skim milk and ice)
S: TBD- probably an apple or pear?
D: Innocent Veggie Pot (Basically brown rice, sweet potato, and kidney beans in this mexican sauce) + Cabbage + cauliflower

Exercise: 1 hour of Hour of Power

D: Sirloin steak, avocado and tomato salad w/ feta

I was busy today and didn't eat nearly enough, not really hungry though?? :( Post-TOM my appetite really takes a dive. I'm sure it will recover in a few days!
