So, went to a thing with the kids last night, and the only food served was grocery store bakery sugar cookies with lots of frosting - colored green for St. Patrick's day. I have been really good about ignoring these treats, but last night, I caved, and OH what a headache a few minutes later. Didn't last long, but I haven't been eating sugar.
Then, because it was getting late, we opted for dinner at the Panda Express. I stuck to rice and stir-fried chicken. In the past, I could eat noodles, two spring roles and an entree and go for dessert. Before I finished last night's meal, I was full. And it wasn't all that tasty. And it was salty, so of course this morning my fingers are swollen and I feel fat.
Drinking lots of water today, but hopefully, lesson learned. My body knows what I've doing for it the last couple of months has been the best thing.
