Hi Everyone

Yesterday I read the SBDB and have a couple questions! On the acceptable foods list I don't see any sort of coffee creamer listed but when I looked up the list online it says FF Half & Half or LF Half & Half is acceptable. Is this allowed in the first phase?

Nuts - I only see a couple listed in the book but are all nuts included?

Today is my first day on plan and I want to make sure I'm doing everything correctly!

Lots of nuts are acceptable!
