4 Week Family Weigh In Results!
Brad- 14 lbs.!
Me- 11 lbs.!
Brailey- 5 lbs.!
We are still hanging strong!
Brad and I have done the 1 fruit, 1 grain for 2 weeks and are pretty satisfied... should we stay at that or add in 1 more serving of either daily?

I think it's fine to add in another fruit or grain this week. See how it goes, and take it from there. Listen to your body and let it be your guide.

Hooray!!! I think if you are comfortable with the 1/1 you can stay there for a while. That combo works well for me too in terms of feeling satisfied but shaking it up a bit.
