Hi, I originally started sbd last summer and was very happy with the results. I expected it to be much more difficult than it was to not eat bread. After a few weeks I came up with my on plan of sbd and counting ww points plus. Long story short, I lost a total of 15 pounds. Since the end of November, I have not really been trying so it is time to "reboot" my system. I have not weighed in for the last couple of weeks and my last weigh in was 148. I am planning to start again with phase 1 on jan 2 as we have one more event on New Years Day. I will weigh in on Monday morning and face the music
