Phase 2
Yesterday out all day but did OK. Probably not POP because I didn't ask questions about soup and sauces and breads

but considering I was eating at barely a step above fast food (kind of a "food court"), I think I did OK
B - coffee with lf milk
L - Tomato soup with 1/2 a tuna sandwich on lovely whole grain roll with lots of spring mix on the sandwich
D - Veggie red curry + eggplant/tofu + sauteed kale on brown rice. YUM!
S - sf hot chocolate, some plain (I mean really plain, air-popped) popcorn

[happy dance I just found out that "Popcorn, 3 cups popped" is OP]
Today
B - coffee with milk, forgot to eat until lunch
L - brown rice spirals with broccoli, Smart Balance and parmesan cheese
S - 1 boiled egg. Celery with Laughing Cow light cheese. Red pepper slices & carrots with hummus. 1 serving raw almonds + walnuts. (making up for having no breakfast!)
D - tuna steaks with grilled asparagus, big green salad
dessert - Greek yogurt with blueberries
