Default a vegetable find

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

No, this isn't a new vegetable, but I found a website, nicknamed Veggie Venture, that looks to be a treasure trove. If it's ok to post a link, this is it:

One of the Thanksgiving recipes is a bread pudding with butternut squash, chard and cheddar (ratio of 4:1 vegetables to bread, she says). I'll be making this Friday, and saw dozens of other things that looked interesting. She also has a post about how to include more vegetables, so for others who are struggling with this, this site might be a help.

(Note that the recipe noted above has whole milk and cream in it, but I would think these could be changed to a lower fat milk. We'll see )
