He recommended 6-8 weeks so it would have plenty of time to heal, he said that is a good time line either way, the treatment would be the same.
I have a friend who is a fitness instructor, she recommended deep water swimming while wearing a chest float or while sitting on a noodle to support my lower body. So that's what I'll prolly do.
