my martini and shrimp last night caused a small gain this morning. going to run a bit before my strength training class to hopefully shed that water weight. my family and I are having lunch with a few of my husband's professors and the local district attorney today...we're going to a little cajun restaurant...i'm hoping they have some lettuce.
