HI all,
I used to roam these halls back in 08... been absent for awhile. I've also allowed myself to go off plan way too often, so, here I am to restart phase one.
Just browsed the stickies and found a ricotta muffin recipe I'm going to try as well as the Almond Dijon Chicken (something my 21 yr old son will try).
I've adapted a lot of the rules, when I pay attention to my menus. However, it's the lack of planning that gets me into trouble and thought to have people to talk with about the plan would be good again.
I recently gave my books to my sister, who went from a siize 24 to 18 in a couple months... but she's been stagnant since... I w ish I had her build, she's taller and c arries her weight at the hips, I carry mine in the belly, I am PCOS and Insulin resistant and find it harder to lose weight.
Anyway, I thought I'd say hi to all! I've got my shopping list and am about to head to the store to purchase necessary items!
