Default I am starting phase 1 tomorrow!
I am really excited to get some control of my life! I am starting phase 1 tomorrow!!!

I have tried every diet and SBD has been the only one I have ever had sucess on!!

My goal is a beautiful wedding dress and a size 6!! WOO HOO

Hey ShannieG, I'm alot like you SBD is the best diet I've ever been on and I've had success with it in the past.

The last few days I've flirted with starting phase 1, but every day I would manage to have a diet coke or an illegal yogurt or just something small that isn't phase 1.

I now have my house stocked and meals premade. I have no more excuses. I'm going to start phase 1 tommorow. How about we be buddies? I haven't done a clean 2 weeks since I first started and I really need it. I've been having insane cravings lately. I need to get some diet momentum going, as my weight loss efforts have recently stalled.

Hey Everyone!

I have to tell you all my first day was so sucessful!! I stayed to the plan felt good all day I had a couple of sugar cravings but beat them down with water and veggies!! I weighed myself for fun and I was down 3 pounds!!! WOOHOO!

Hey Scarlett I would love to be diet buddies I think that would be awesome to keep each other motivated!!

Tiara!! You can do it.. The temptations were not as bad as I thought they would be.

Thanks so much for all the encouraging words you are all a motivation to me!
