1oftheLuvs - do you have a recipe for the broccoli salad?
I do have it at home (I'm currently in Las Vegas) and have been meaning to post it in the recipe section, but just haven't seemed to find the time to do it. I'll do that when I get home, so watch for it next week.
In the interest of full disclosure though, it really is a Phase 3 recipe... it's perfect to bring along to a pot luck or BBQ, but I'd recommend eating it on a VERY limited basis in Phase 2.

Mission: to eat the perishable food in the fridge before the weekend.
B: roasted eggplant with a spinkle of parmesan
S: edamame
L: chicken/chickpea/zuccini salad (the last of it, thank g-d)
S: 15 almonds
D: baked italian sausage (so the fat runs out of it) and kale
Exercise will be: 20 mins rebounding, ab work.
Yesterday I was on plan except for the 4 pieces of saltwater taffy I ate at the office, the large bag of crunchy cheez doodles I ate when I got home (along with red wine, of course). Sigh. Still, I was down a pound overnight. I like weighing every day.
Phase 1.5
B: chia "pancake" with chard, rf cheese, & salsa
L: Green monster smoothie
S: string cheese or kefir & strawberries
D: grilled tuna, veggies, & raw kale salad
wine (ETA - darn, no wine, apparently new fasting blood test rules say no alcohol for 24 hours and no black coffee! Those people are cruel)
1: 1 vans "light" waffle w/ 1 tsp. almond butter, 1/4 banana
2: grilled chicken wrap from sonic, threw most of the wrap away
3: vegetarian lettuce wraps @ PF Changs + half spring roll
4: glass of white wine
exercise: teaching a 60 min. step class, 30 min. strength training
Mom is getting in town today, so eats will be unpredictable. We're heading out of town for a little mini vacation on Sunday-Tuesday. Will do my best to make good decisions....will be spending a lot of time in a bathing suit on vacation, so I don't think it should be too hard.
