Thank you all for the suggestions. I actually had a great day today. I walked 4 miles, and stuck to the plan during all the Easter festivities! And as I felt earlier, I knew I was making a choice and I was happy with it. I think my blood sugar is finally more stable. I hope everyone has a great week!
