Wasn't able to meet my February goal because of health issues but it's a new month and a new start so here I go again. Going to lower it just a little as I will have to build back up to where I was.
Changed my mind, going for 1,000 again!
Goal = 1,000 minutes
Current = 1,200 minutes
1 = 53 minutes walking - I'm back!
2 = 35 minutes DVD Shaping Up With Weights
3 = 50 walking (Boy am I ever sore from yesterday's workout!)
4 = 45 walking
5 = 50 walking
6 = 15 long hard minutes trying to do the dreaded weight training dvd!
7 = 45 Great walk this morning
8 = 50 walking plus 20 more minutes walking with DH
9 = 45 walking - Vulture hanging out in the tree again. Wonder if he knows something about my health that I don't
10 = 45 walking - Forgot to look for the vulture but did see squirrels
11 = 45 walking - Beavers are winning in the battle with my neighbor
12 = 35 took my dog - didn't want to walk, didn't want to walk, but glad I did!
13 = 45
14 - 40 walked in the rain
15 - 30 did the dreaded weight training dvd.........still don't like it!
16 - 0 - decided to take the day off and I'm ok with it.
17 - 40 - walking - Swallows and bluebirds are all around our nestboxes.
18 - 45 - walking - Got out early and beat the rain. Once again it's coming down.
19 - 0 - Took my birthday off!
20 - 42 - walking - once again in the rain

21 - 45 - walking -

Rain, rain, go away! I'm beginning to mold!
22 - 42 - walking - I must be walking faster because I'm walking further in a shorter amount of time. Guess this is a good thing.
23 - 0 - Just could not make myself walk in the pouring down rain.
24 - 0 - once again, it is pouring all day and I didn't go walk in it.

27 - 50 - at last, it wasn't raining this morn but overcast and cool.
28 - 42 - walking in the sunshine!
29 - 50 - walking - loving the vit D!

31 - 60 - Worked in the yard for close to 3 hours so will claim 1 hour. (raking, weedeating, picking up limbs, etc.)
