Okay,so i tried it yesterday..whole.. I ate a triangle..is it supposed to be eaten as a spread?? or whole like a piece of cheese? it felt like i was eating a stronger tasting version of cream cheese..only in a triangle..weird..

Today I had some snap peas dipped in LC. Yum!
