SBD online question
I have a question for someone who's done the online program. I know that this forum is great and recipes here are great.
Does the online program give you meals customized to you? I mean does it ask what you eat and don't eat and try to make up menus based on that?
Or is like the ediets where if you don't like meal option you can pick from a drop down list and spend an hour trying to get your meals for the week straightened out? And just too much trouble.
I'm trying to get some menus together that are wheat free and dairy free and was thinking of signing up for a short time on the SBD website just to get a couple weeks worth of menus to work with.
I need to plan better, maybe if I have my meals planned out for the week I would stick with the program better.
I'm also thinking of doing the "shrink yourself" program to see if I can get a handle on my emotional eating. I had been doing so well....I got down to 155 for a little bit and every so gradually regained most it back.
