There is a local company where I buy homemade frozen meals from. Many of their curries and stews are completely P2 friendly.
But, I prefer to have my own freezer meals at the ready. I freeze servings of soups, stews, casseroles for those nights (and fight the urge to order pizza).
I often make oatmeal in a pinch, or quinoa, kale and tuna in the rice cooker! Costco turkey burgers are another quick fix as they are cook from frozen.
I have to admit I'm really off track lately because my life is so hectic, but still try to make healthy choices and for me this means having a well stocked freezer
