I've been having the same issue until today. For two weeks...nothing on the scale. However, I am not real strick. I'd rather eat healthier overall and watch my portions than go crazy if I slide on a meal here and there, no biggie. To encourage myself I took measurements because the difference was in the clothes for sure. Well, seveal inches lost so I am happy! I lose weight slowly but remain encouraged that a slower weight lose is probably a lasting one. Even better is no weight gain! Remember, this is a life style change not just a weight loss only goal. Give yourself a pat on the back for taking steps for a healthier you!
