Congratulations, and a big WELCOME, Chevauchee! I'm glad this plan is working so well for you!

F.O., I hope you mean PM rather than AM!

My house smells so good right now. I just took an apple crisp and 3 apple cakes out of the oven, and all my chores are done for now. I have about an hour to put my feet up until the kids and my parents start arriving and bedlam begins. It's peaceful and quiet right now, though, and there's a soft, lovely breeze stirring the curtains.

Yeah Chevauchee! Congrats on your first week!

Cottagebythesea, your house sounds/smells amazing! Wish I could bake like that now, but afraid I would have to partake in the goodies...lol. Enjoy your break time!

I made the pumpkin pecan bread today, but in a mini-muffin pan instead of a loaf pan. I piped the accompanying orange cream cheese on each of them and topped them with some orange sprinkles. they were a huge hit and nobody could believe that they were so healthy!

to really off set the healthyness of the muffin-cakes, I made gumbo. At least I only had one small bowl. Must do lots of cardio and get in a LOT of water the next few days to rid myself of all the sodium this weekend.

Ladies a bit if a late check in it's been a crazy weekend
dh and I had a wedding last night we danced till we were drenched! Plugged it into livestrong this morning burned 600 calories so even with a few indulgences I still came in under my calorie limit!
Today just took it easy I'm super sore from the dancing!

Im putting up a ticker for my January 8th goal (we have a dinner dance then)
I finally broke 145 after 6 weeks! So Now I need a visual reminder to stay on the towel!!
See you all tomorrow!
Kierie
