First off, I just want to tell you ladies that I admire your diligence and your 40 and 12 mile bike rides!!! When I reach the 100 pound lost mark I want to buy myself a cruiser. If we have a decent enough Fall, I plan on riding my bike to work (I only live about 4 miles from work). I borrowed a bike from a co-worker but hers still has the initial tiny little seat on it and it's just not comfortable for my butt, even though I've got plenty of padding, LOL!!! Seriously, ladies, good job!!!
Today has been a lazy day for me. It's my long week working, so I've got five 12 hour shifts to work. I was off today, though, and I'll be off tomorrow too. Already been to the gym this afternoon but I'll be going again in a little while to get in my 60 minute workout. Made some Chicken Adobo for dinner for the first time EVER in my life...it was SO good!!! I need to post the recipe. YUM!!!
